Melissa Colack

Senior Transformation Delivery Manager

British Red Cros

I’ve put so much of what I’ve learned into practice already! I’ve been using techniques I learned to make sure everyone’s on the same page – useful when there’s an air of uncertainty!

I loved the online sessions. They were a live showcase of the tools – teaching by setting a great example. I’ve learned tonnes!

Kevan Smith

Founder

Brighton United

I recently facilitated my first meeting after doing the programme. I felt really empowered; I felt prepared and I knew how to keep the agenda moving along.

It was a good feeling knowing I could lead this meeting and be productive. We were extremely efficient, made some tough calls, included everyone and finished on time. I’m really pleased to have this new skillset.

Nancy Afram

Engagement Director

Greenpeace Middle East and North Africa

The programme was truly enriching, equipping me and over 20 others in our organisation with practical tools and techniques.

Jess’ expertise, energy, and interactive approach made the learning process both insightful and enjoyable. She’s made a significant impact on my development as a facilitator and I notice how much more effective our meetings are now.

The course is 3 weeks long. For each week of the course, please protect the 2 hours for our live workshop together. You will also need to block out 3 hours in your diary to absorb the tools, techniques and templates from the online course. Throughout the course you will be applying your learnings to work you’re already doing.

Who else will be on the course with me?

You will join roughly 8-12 folks from other charities; large and small, UK-based and international. You will build a close bond with your coursemates ready to continue to support each other after the course.

Is there a discount for multiple bookings?

Yes! If you want to book a large group of 10+ people from the same charity then we we will be happy to discuss an additional discount. Get in touch and we’ll send you more details.

Yes – there are two ways to take part in the course:
